Cool boats you've encountered along the way

Here's a little one I came across in France....

I have closer picts, but you can't get too close and get all of her in the pict...

This is the Pretty Lady. I think it's a 40 footer and was home made. It sits on the Pend Orielle in north Idaho. It used to sit on the same dock as ours till the marina got wiped out. There is a book written about the guy who built this boat. The book is called South To Alaska!! It's a book about a boat called Red Dog, the builder and his daughters journey from Arkansas down to the Gulf of Mexico, a failed trip through the Panama canal then railroad to the west coast. Up the west coast to Alaska. He built a second boat called the Pretty Lady which now she sits in North Idaho.
There was a lot that went on during the trip. Don't want to spoil it, but it's worth the read. Oh the Daughter, Nancy Owens Barnes, wrote the book
Sorry about the night time shot, but that's the way we roll LOL

This helps a little. Interesting boat.

LST 325 came to Charleston a few years back. Several of the WWII crew members were onboard.

Right. I wonder how many pairs that boat has actually dropped.

The odds are in favor The Panty Dropper has dropped more than it s share of panties. Why would one presume otherwise? That was a high end boat 42 years ago. It has a long history to fall back on.

A friend in sales in his 20’s had a 17 foot Bayliner with outboard. He filled it with girls every weekend. His current boat like mine has a wife on it. No additional panties will be dropping. LOL

Now if you are a swinger like GFC in his new sauna that is a different story.

Damn ..you’re right. That whole spiel just made me feel very old. I forget about the things that used to impress girls when I was young ...and stupid. And so were the girls. :)
