Control Shifter levers/ Cant find them

Does anyone know where to get these shifters, I've seen them on two 1991 380AC's. I'd like to add them to mine, and cant find them anywhere.

Thanks for the reply, but no, What you posted is the same style as the original that I have, If you look at my picture closely, you'll see they look almost padded. Any help would be appreciated.

I would be interested in a set as well. The control 'bodies' are the same as what is on my 340. The grips in your picture look considerably nicer.
The originals are Morse which 'I think' was bought by Teleflex. I'd be willing to settle for my originals or the ones in your picture. The ball style is not really my style.
I'm not really sure how it happens but I have one red and one yuk brown handle. It looks sun faded but I'm puzzled as to why one looks great and the other lousy.
