    New website question.

In the past if a person paid for a membership I am thinking we did not see any advertising. Maybe I am wrong - but was thinking I didn't use to see ads.

Guys, please stop using the contact us form to ask technical questions about your boat. If you have a question, post it in the appropriate forum. From this point on, any technical questions regarding your boat that is sent to the contact us link will be summarily disregarded with gusto.

    Thanks.

Another note: If you use the contact us link, and I don't get back to you within a reasonable time frame, (24 hours) please try it again. For some reason I cannot convince MSN that emails coming from CSR are not junk, so better than 50% of the time, the email goes straight to my junk folder.

I check my junk folder at least once a day and empty it, so hopefully I can catch the emails, but occasionally I am sure some slip through the cracks. Thanks for your understanding.

    Scott

Doing great, thanks. I've been around lurking, but haven't had time to post much. I upgraded to captain at work, and my seniority in the seat is really, really low, so they've kept me hopping. Added to that, we bought a new to us home, so when I am not on the road, I am moving things from one house to another and throwing a lot of money at the new home, which leads me to needing to pick up open time, exasperating issue number one.

Hope you are doing well also!

    Scott

As I always said when I got promoted in the Navy or at Delta - "proving they'll promote anybody"!!!

    Congratulations Scott - what airplane?

I'm surviving - at 73 I still get to go to Airbus and do the Acceptance Test Flights on brand new airplanes...

I split time between the 767 and 757. I was based in ONT, but am starting in SDF next week, then move to our International base (also in SDF) in July. That's great that you still get to play with the equipment.

    Jim,
Don't user have access to the holding tank in the bilge? I move a thread there and now Woody was saying the link/redirect does not work for him.
    Thanks

I can’t move it either. Apparently the mods holding tank is where threads go to die.

Small world and interesting to read that you're (presumably) now based at SDF...I'm in Louisville, so if you're boating on the Ohio I will now keep an eye out for your CSR burgee whenever we're out LOL :) Sounds like maybe you're at a major shipping company based here? I'm a facilities maintenance planner at the Ford assembly plant right next door to the airport and I have several friends who work there, from pilots to retired trainers to graphic artists, etc.

I know your post was from January--hope the new place is together, the job has calmed down, and you're now getting plenty of relaxing water time!
