The dealer is telling me the compression was 175 per cylinder on the trade-in report. Engine has 369 hours. Sound about right?

Yes, that would be normal and sounds consistent between cylinders. Do they have that in writing? Are you buying this boat or trading a boat? You may want to have your own survey and mechanic review the boat if buying it yourself.
