Any idea what color the SeaRay gelcoat is or what Color rite's part number is?

    TIA

Just talked to them last week. I need some of the Sea Ray Zephyr color. They said to go to Sherwin Williams and get a matching color and they will match that with their caulk. Perfect!

I called them today. They told me Searay should know what their part number is. I’ll have to get on the phone with customer care but I’m slammed for another week

Where do you guys use silicone on your boats? I was under the impression that marine caulk (like 4200 or 5200) was the recommended material for sealing things on the boat. Are there some places where silicone is the better choice?

On my era of boat the gel coat color at the helm area is a tan color called zephyr. There are three or so seams and I understand that a silicone was used there by Sea Ray. Calls to customer service say that color is no longer available.

There is a source for exact matches. I think you will end up buying it thru a Sea Ray dealer. If that isn’t convenient, I have a contact at a dealer who is usually very helpful and who will accept phone orders and ship parts.

Cool. Thanks. I'll check with my local dealer.
