On my 2007 48 Sundancer two of my cockpit speakers have recently stopped working the other two and the SW works perfectly. A dockmate that has the exact same boat has the same issue. I have confirmed that the speaker wires are connected and there does not seem to be any issues with the Clarion radio. Any one have thoughts on a solution besides replacing the system?

Sounds like a amp issue. Would start there first.

Sounds like you have lost one of the channels on your AMP

Odds of 2 speakers blowing dead at the same time, is low. Could be amp, either head unit's internal or an external amp. Could be RCA/signal to external amp. Could be power supply to external amp.

If the speakers are wired in series that would explain losing two at once, happened on mine when a connecter had a bad crimp and got corroded.
