Cockpit Speakers

I am having a problem with the cockpit speakers and sub in my 2004 390 Sundancer and hope you guys can help. The stereo works find in the slaon but I can on hear the speakers in the cockpit. I have flipped the cockpit stereo switch and the salon door but nothing works. I know the speakers are hooked up as I can bearly hear a little soun dif I put my ear to the outsinde speakers.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Check the fader on hea unit.

You might need to reset the configuration of outputs on the head unit. I think I remember having to do that before. It is detailed in the manual.
