Same old saw, no one needs anything from an expert. I know some brokers are good and some bad, but most people are not that good at guiding a sales process, even with a comprehensive guide. If sales reps and brokers were not valuable companies would have replaced them with the Internet a long time ago. This guy talks like he really came up with something creative. It is soo valuable he has to give it away to even get people to try it. His stated "savings" are not enough of an enticement to get people use his service.

I'll bet Ray will be selling boats and yachts long after this guy is broke...

I saw this a while back. I really don't see what the difference is between that site and any other classified site like boat trader, boats.com, boatsville, boe, etc. These guys haven't re-invented the wheel here and it still doesn't change the fact that the majority of the people who hire a broker don't want to be bothered by buyers in any way asking millions of questions or wasting their Saturday to show their boats only to have the buyer not show up.

The same argument could always be made for the real estate market as well, but you don't see people running to those sites either.

I thought the article was an embarrassment to "Trade Only Today" which was why I posted it, to make fun of it. (They are usually better than that.) I agree with Ray's comments, what was new here?
