"Clink" noise from horn compressor

I tried to use my horn for the first time in several months and all I head was a "clunk" sound coming from the compressor. I tried tapping on the compressor but it didn't change anything.

My boat has the compressor attached right next to the horns, concealed in the bow and now I'm wondering if the salt water has caused something to freeze up internally.

Any thoughts?

Try spraying a small amount of machine oil into the outlet of the compressor. The compressors in the tankless systems need to be oiled periodically.
