There are a lot of threads that have been posted in the past on this subject. You may want to use the "Search" feature to find them all. But here is one to get you started. http://www.byowneryachts.com/forums/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=691&start=0

Meguair's products are used by many of us with excellent results. They have various polishing compounds for removing oxidation and they have several types of waxes as well. Take a look at their Marine product line here for all the various choices http://www.meguiars.com/estore/

And if you are going to use a buffer you will allso find several threads on that subject too whixh you can find by doing a search.
