Jim,
A mild acid solution or any acidic cleanser like FSR will remove it..........even catsup will clean up the bronze. However, the green patina is going to come back unless you move inland away from salt water.

Lets see.....put some Rustaid, Phosphoric Prep N etch or Whink in a spray bottle and spray the strainers and seacocks, let it sit and hose off or rub for a month............I'm lazy, so I know which method I'd choose.
