Clean bottom before paint

A few weeks back I sanded the entire bottom, roughing up the bottom paint. Lots of dust is still on the paint from sanding. Questions:

1 - How do I get all that dust off the bottom prior to painting
2 - Is it necessary to get all that dust off

I plan on heading up to my boat on Sunday to hopefully complete all my pre-season maintenance. I don't have good access to a hose and water, just buckets of water.

Ideally it should be powerwashed. Can you run a long hose from a hose bib to the boat?

I second that, Power wash and then wipe down with acetone.
