Top speed....I JUST replaced the prop. It had a 15 (!) pitch on it when I got it...and I wasn't sure how to read the specs on the very old Michigan Wheel prop. It got up really quick, but you REALLY had to be careful as it came to 4,000 rpm or so. Seemed like you could over rev it easily. It would go like 25 -28 mph. I got a recommendation from a local prop shop and put on a 19 pitch.

Now, max rpm is just a little over 4,000 rpm and will go about 35-37 with a two people in it. Really perked it up!
