Clarion Remote

I have a Clarion xmd3 unit I'm looking to replace does anyone know if the remotes I have (M301rc) are compatible with the newer clarion units?

Only for Clarion CMD4, M455, and XMD3 Source Units

There is an adapter cable that will give you some of the functions. Volume control is all i use it for.
