cigarette mark

During the past weekend someone decided to drop their "hot" off there cigarette on my swim platform. :smt021 It is not very big and did not melt into the platform. Before I tried something i figured I would throw it out there to you all. Please help!!!

May have gotten it out by now but if not just use a little compound. I have had an a-hole flick a cig on the platform that left the light brown little stain but it came off.
