A couple of weekends ago af ew of us took our boats from Hammond. IN to Burnaham Harbor in Chicago.
Happened to be the U2 Concert Saturday Night.

Great evening !!

After a breakfast of fresh blueberry pancakes, sausage and orange juice on a friends boat we took a tour of the Lakefront and Navy Pier.
Rare beautiful sunny and flat water day for Chicago this summer!

Maybe next season we can have a REAL SUMMER!

Same day as above with Navy Pier off our Starboard.

After three trips on the boat, the GF's great nephew was willing to take over the helm with his mother.
I have a feeling I created a monster.
Knowing that my own 20 yr old son won't give up the helm when he is on board, I think young Fender, 5 yrs old, will be doing the same next season.

Can't wait!
