Checking out the Bahamas

Pull out that big lens. We want to see some real pictures.

I'm sure you are NOT referring to the "beaches"...

This lens, however, is really good.

Nice pics Gary. Since you are already drinking the regular Kalik you need to get your hands on some Kalik Gold, It'll knock your socks off.

Ray

Take that Center console over to Guana and have a few Kaliks at Nippers. Let me know if you meet a gentlemen named Albury :smt001.

We are off to Guana Cay for the day... it's freekin' cold here. High is only in the mid 70's but with the wind, it feels like the 60's... ridiculous. Where the hell is global warming?! HELLO?!

I updated my blog: http://foursuns.blogspot.com/

Look! People that rent boats do stupid stuff here also!!!

Good grief... they are heading out into a small craft advisory... hanging off the front... I'm sure Dad can back off the throttles fast enough when he falls off... really...

Nice.

Gary,

OMFG ROFL! Yikes! You have to submit this to Boattest.com's weekly picture gig where they post a submitted picture on their newsletter and then people write captions to explain the lunacy that is going on...

Just got back from Guana Cay... some place called Nippers... got my wife totally drunk... oh well..

The beaches here suck.

I'm all sunburned and salty... you should all feel sorry for us.

The drinks they serve at that place are called "Nippers" as well... some sort of frozen concoction with grain alcohol in them.... after 4 of them, I realized my limit was 2.

Told ya, Nipper sis the PLACE for all the Abacos. You are probabaly face down in the cart tract by now. Sunday nipper si actually more fun. Soper up just enough to figur eout how to stay the night! The Sunday WOW! OH, please buy me two towels from Orchid Bay before you leave.

Man... I was going to write a story about Nippers but I'm not sure I remember much after about 2:00... That place is like a college trash can punch party... Glad I took the ferry and didn't rent a boat.

I do seem to have a few new beach towels and am wearing a bathing suit... although I didn't take my bathing suit with me over there so I hope I bought it and didn't steal it from someone.

I wouldn't be too concerned about the beach towels, but, is that a men's bathing suit or women's bathing suit? If you're wearing a bikini, then you might start worrying.

I just updated the blog... had to shave my tongue this morning..

Heading home today.

Now here's a smart thing... This is in the local paper. There is some hot electrical cable on one of the beaches and to prove how "bad" it is, the person had her kids go touch it and then sent the picture into the "Letters to the Editor"

"Hey kids... go touch that nine bazillion volt wire over there and let me take a picture!"

You've been Nipped. There is no better place to leave a hundred bucks in the Abacos.
Are you staying in Treasure, or Hope Town? If not Treasure, try to get over there and walk Treasure Cay Beach. THE best beach in the world.

I'm actually waiting for my plane... we are leaving...

Didn't make it to Treasure Cay... would like to bring "a boat" down here next summer.

Check into Treasure Cay marina. Very protected, nice amenities, lots of condos to rent when visitors come in.

here are a couple of pics of the beach at Treasure Cay.

IN the background will be second marina, at the end of the beachon the other side of the trees. The owner has that green hull Alaskan in the marina pics
