Checking for bad battery

How do i tell if i have a bad battery? Do I need to disconnect all the batteries to check for a bad one? I ask because there's 6 batteries.

Yes. Charge fully then load test. You may be able to tell (if it's pretty bad) just by disconnecting and letting them sit overnight and then check voltage individually.

Of course, there are far better / more expensive ones out there (which I have), but this is good to get a quick snapshot of what's going on if a problem presents itself. Small, cheap and easy to use on 6-30 volt systems. A lot more screens than shown here.
