I need some help ...
This is NOT my boat - but a friend of mine.
They got to the boat Friday night and it was stone dead (was plugged in to shore power ) and ac converter was on only on panel
Both batteries dead ( one battery is 3 weeks old)
All AC items work (ac, micro, outlets and fridge)
All DC dead (batteries dead) lights , water, head, helm

I checked for what I thought was all the breakers. But I only saw the ones in the cabin was the ones listed above.
The push in fuses on the helm are good.
There is a smaller set of breakers on the port side where the battery selector is.

is there another set of breakers or fuses ANYWHERE else ?
I installed a known good battery charger. And still 0 amps. I don’t have 120 going into the unit

Unless I installed it incorrectly - there is something missing.
Someone. Help !
He bought a new battery and yes the engine started and I let it run for a bit to charge the other new battery

help. Please

I don't believe you'll find AC breakers anywhere other than the main panel and possibly right at the shore power connections (inside the transom locker, if that's where the 270's are located). And on the pedestal. If the 270 has only one AC main I suppose you can rule out the pedestal and shore power inlet if the other AC items are working.

Any photos of the install? Are you sure you connected the AC side of the charger correctly? Have you checked those connections for 110 or you're just showing 0 amps on the charger?

It's also possible the breaker is bad. Pull the main panel and check for voltage on both sides...

The main breaker is the galvanic isolator. That was on. I flipped it on and off about 100000 times in the time I was in the boat

I checked the wires and I want to say it was reading 12v but not 120v in

I was 6 hours in and my brain was mush afterwards. I gotta recheck when I get there again. (90miles away)

and hopefully I can do this without my wife or he/his wife being there lol

Also. I’m not 100% sure anymore. I thought I did it correctly. But I’m 2nd and 3rd and 4th guessing myself

I’ll check the breaker itself on the panel next
