Changing lock on a 1997 330 searay

So we're changing the lock on our 1997 330 Searay cabin door and we took the one screw out and it's still pretty stuck is there a particular method to getting this off without doing damage to the fiberglass. Just for reference it's the original Mobella lock set.

Try not to lock door, it will cost more to replace the door if they break in than whatever they can steal out of the cabin. We had a friend that had the door destroyed on a 400DA, cost almost 10K to fix, they got a couple of cheap fishing rods and a couple bottle of liquor.
