Sanded down teak, Cleaned, two coats of Cetol Marine. (24 hours of dry time for each coat. Felt dry to the touch)
applied Cetol Gloss per the instructions, Been inside the house now for 3 weeks, with the heater on, Still sticky.
Any pointers?

IS that the one that's 2 parts and you need the curing agent?

Have had the exact thing happen. After you sanded down the teak, did you wipe the bare wood down with acetone or anything? I used Centrol on a sailboat and it dried on all the parts except the sliding hatch. What I found out was some teak is very oily naturally and some isn't. Now I wipe everything down with acetone before using Centol. I ended up using paint thinner to remove the tacitness and then once it finally dried(24 hours) sanded it with 000 steel wool and applied another coat. This time it dried like it was supposed to. Very frustrating I know. That was two years ago and it still looks great! I found the the gloss scratches easily but would use the product again. It weathers in the sun better than most varnishes and is a great product.

On another note, I used it on a porch-swing and it was sticky. After a couple of weeks I finally moved it outside in the sun to make room for the car. When I finally got around to making the time to sand it, I found that it was dry. It had a layer of fine dust or pollen that had settled into the surface and dried. I used 0000 steel wool and it took the gloss away but looked great. What I'm getting at is I think that the UV may have caused it to finish the curing process. I think my mistake is the can of acetone had dried up and I didn't follow my pre-prep rule.

Can't help with your issue, but... is there any chance that some of those pieces might fall on the grass (a little wind). They're still sticky, right? Just a friendly heads up.

If no luck, and it was me, I would give Sikkens a call on Monday and see what they suggest.

I guess I'm still old fashioned. I like calling and talking to someone. :smt001

If you can't find a phone number for Sikkens, try Akzo Nobel (parent company) out of New Jersey.
