Ceiling in 87 410 Aft Cabin

Anyone have an idea how thick the ceiling is in the aft cabin. Want to put a wood ceiling up. Wondering how long of a screw I can get away with . Thank you .

I'm replacing mine within the next few weeks along with the flooring. I will post back what I use.

On another subject I'm trying to find the following information and would be most appreciative if you could share what you have. I have emailed SeaRay and my local marina to no avail. Other than the obvious: measure them yourself. Which I would if I wasn't 1000 miles away for an extended stay at a client.

1. Shaft Dia.
2. Cutlass Bearing Size and or Part Number
3. Any Performance Specs you have, I am trying to get best economy(as we all are) and power.
4. Stock Prop dia. and pitch. Everything I have read says 24x24

I did a knotty ceder ceiling in the aft cabin. Have not done anything to the floor yet still carpet. I am heading up to the boat on Sunday and will try to get the measurements. The props are 24x24 not sure about shaft size. This is a pic of the ceiling.

The other benefit is the lack of spiders and other insects in the aft cabin.
