Caught some fish didn't take a pic

I caught this guy today. I caught like seven different species but this is the only one I was thinking about taking home but I have no idea what it is so I have no idea what size I should throw back or bring back

Looks like a white grunt to me. I have never eaten one but they are supposed to be good to eat.

That's what it is my cousin said key West grunt n I looked it up n it was a white grunt aka key West grunt thanks. If I would have known it was open season I probably would have kept that guy and ate it because there was no restrictions of how big it was in Florida
