Caterpillar 3116, where to buy fittings / hose bars to connect hot water tank?

Hi guys

I'm looking for block fittings / hose bars to connect the hot water tank to my 3116 CAT, and the dimension should be 3/4" 16 threads TAP according to posts here at this forum. This is a standard that I haven't been able to find here in Europe, so could any of you suggest a link to a store where I could find different plugs, fittings ++ ?

3/4-16 is a straight thread O-ring seal for a -8 (1/2 inch) fitting.
