Can't we all get along...back to boating!!!

Thanks Midway but my dad always told me, if you are wrong, say you are wrong as soon as you realize it, and move on. After getting to read all of the supportive PMs last night as well as all of the non-supportive PMs here is what I have decided:

Although I stand behind what I was trying to accomplish, I should not have edited anyone's message. If I did edit your message I apoligize about that and that should not have happened. If you were offended that I edited anyones message I apoligize about that also.

We really do have some great members here and I appreciate everything you guys do for the board!!!

Wesley

yes...and I sure would not like to see another great Sea Ray owners forum to close....

Wes, you are a forums mod... EDIT away! It's your job.

NO ONE, should have an issue with it either!

The admins and moderators do a great job here. I run a gaming forum and i simply refer back to the rules of the forum when stuff like this happens. Before those who would criticise an admin or a moderator, try BEING one before you judge them. Its a lot harder than you think.

This forum rocks and i am certainly proud to know that i can come here and learn more details about my boat than the manual could ever teach me.

Now lets go do some boating! Be safe out there

Wrong.

NO ONE has the right to change the content of anyones thoughts or postings. No one. If the posting violates the rules then the mods are free to delete it or lock the thread.

I have great respect for Wes for understanding this, and I fully back his decision to delete any post he feels violates the spirit of the forum or the rule to which we have all agreed.

Wesley,
I need you to know that you do a great job. I appreciate what you do.
My "editting" like a sound bite of your post was in jest. I hope I didn't start this?
It was a joke, and maybe poor attempt to assist you in lightening the sensitive mood from a couple threads this week.

Like I said before, this site is great, I enjoy it and the members immensely. Jim, Wesley, Rich thanks for providing it.

.....so for those of you that have a boat :smt089 ....back to boating
