I noticed last week that my sponsorship expired, so I've been trying to renew using the "Support CSR - Donate Now" tab at the top of the page. When I click on the Purchase button for any of the levels (I'm trying to renew for Platinum), I get a page saying that the PayPal link isn't working. Been like this for a few days now, so I'm thinking there's a problem with the site? Thanks, Kevin
I tried renewing a few times this week with no luck. I just went in to try again, and this time it worked. Not sure if there was an issue with the forum, or if it was on my end, but I'm good now. Back to Platinum status!
Click your account profile (top right of the site) and then in the left nav bar on your profile page, look for Account Upgrades. If you have any current upgrades, it will show the expiration there.
I did the platinum upgrade a few days ago, anyone know how long it takes to apply? Just want to be sure it didn’t go into the abyss
