Can't post in marine electronics

I'm trying to post a question in the marine electronics Q and A forum and it tells me I don't have permission. I'm just wondering is there going to be a way for me to post something there?

I, at first, thought it might have something to do with being a contributing member, or not. But in looking at the section, the first post I saw was from a free-account, too. Have you tried without the tapatalk thing? Seems like that would be a logical next step in "diagnosing" this issue... :smt001
