Can I Connect Nav Light Switch Directly to the Fuse Panel?

Based on this wiring diagram it seems that my anchor light switch should be powered by a jumper connection to the nav light switch. The Nav light switch however is only 3 pronged so there’s nothing for me to connect the 2 jumper cables to. Not sure if the switch got changed out by the previous owner. Wondering if anyone knows if I can just connect the nav light switch directly to one of the empty prongs on my fuse panel….Seems like that should work but wanted some input. Thank you!

I think we discussed this in your other thread (or something similar, anyways), but yes, if you only have 3 prongs on the nav switch then someone messed with it previously. And, yes, you could power the anchor light switch independently. You'd just need to remember to turn the anchor light on every time you turn the nav lights on.

Or... you could replace the nav light switch with an original one and make everything work as originally intended. The switch is less than $20 at your local dealer.
