i am looking for a campertop for my 2008 330 da i cant searay on borad they say i need a dealer but my dealer is shutdown for the winter need help thanks hambone

Sea Ray does not make a camper canvas package for your boat so your dealer will be little help other than a list of canvas shops in your area. Search for a local canvas shop, and talk with them about making one for you. If you post your location, someone here may be able to recommend a good shop for you. SB

It is my understanding that seary never offered a Campr Canvas on boats over 30', so a local canvas guy will be your only option.

Congrats on the 330- a great boat. We too wanted a camper top and have one being custom built over the winter. We met with the canvas maker a few weeks back on the boat. (The really nice thing about a custom canvas is the ability to add small features that are important.)
Our canvas maker is not a huge fan of some of the Sea Ray practices on camper tops, too much canvas, not enough glass area. He also has a very practical approach to building a camper top. He pointed out several areas where we had to make decisions based our use of the boat. Small items such as where the canvas terminates, pole positions and zipper locations. We were with him for well over an hour. A great experience.
My strong suggestion is to hold off on the camper top, talk to everyone where you slip who has a camper top and ask them what they like/dislike about theirs. I must have talked to 30 different boaters before we made our choices. Even small things such as tan vs black- the tan tends to show the black streak marks much more than black- (We had orginally been sold on tan, but after hearing that from several boaters, opted to go black.)

We are getting this done for right around $4,000- it may be a bit less, or a bit more, depends on the final decisons we made.

I had mine done last winter on my 340. I seriously recommend Strataglass for the windows. Mine is almost perfect, but I don't like the shape. It's too square at the upper sides and back. I'm hoping to get it reworked to follow the lines of the boat.
