Calling all 360 DA owners

WOW Looks awesome and exactly what I was looking for, my wife would love the sun-room as well. I hope you do not mind that I share photos with my canvas guy? Will you take the rear canvas and frame down in the winter? Or do you store inside so it is not an issue?:smt038

Thanks guys, so far so good.
The canvas and frames come off for shrink wrap. We used to store inside and didn't have to do any of that, but when we bought this boat, we started outside storage, miss the inside, but the yard I'm using now does not offer it.

Another 360 owner floating around (pun intended). Hailing from Miami Beach, land of the year round boating season.

Just about done for the season up here..It was a good one. Oct. 2nd she's out
Enjoy

Miami Beach ..... Wow. Can only imagine how great it would be to have a 360 in Miami. I've been there a few times. The Puget Sound is a great area to boat year round, but I sure wish our water was warmer.

Hello all. I just joined the ranks as a new 360 Sundancer owner. Hoping to take delivery this week. Can't wait to get my hands on her.

Welcome aboard!
Get some pics up...looking forward to seeing her.
I just pulled ours Saturday...but it was a good season.
Going to try to get down your way next year.

Hey Everyone
I'm new to the site.
I'm in the process of buying a 2002 360. Is there anything I need to know before buying her.
I can't find anything negative about the 360.
I had a saleman trying to talk me out of it.

Welcome... good luck with your purchase.
We have been very pleased with our 360

Love the Sound. Made many San Juan/North to Canada trips. Will be there end of July '11 for ten days. Elliot Bay is a great Marina

Thank You
MY3Sons for your reply

We fell in love with the boat and will do the Sea Trial/Survey
this week, then if everthing goes well we hope to take possession of her right afterwards.

Thanks again, and I'll be back to post pics.

360DA owners...where is the water heater located? I have been looking at some online pics, and I haven't noticed it in the bilge.

Thanks for the reply. How do you access it? Is there a door or do you remove the seat?

The sofa backs are designed to fold out as the seat is pulled forward to convert to a berth. The backs are attached to the bulkhead at the base with hinges to allow them to fold out. Remove the hinges and pull the sofa backs forward, out of the way. No need to remove the sofa seat, just pull it forward. I have just left the hinges unattached, as it is not really necessary for them to be screwed down. That way I can get quick access to the cover that is over the tank.

Hello fellow 360 owners. Has anyone replaced their aging RL70C unit with a newer C-Series unit. What was involved and what was the approximate cost. I understand that the array will need to be replaced, but what else is involved. Thanks in advance for your assistance.

I was considering the same, so I will be following this post as well. If I come across any valuable info I will advise. Neighbor of mine switched to Garmin HD unit. Very Nice! I would like to keep everything RayMarine though since radio and autopilot are Ray.

I installed the Raymarine RD424HD 24" Dome on our 38DA. We have a classic E120 display. The hardest part was routing the single cable down the arch side, otherwise straight forward. Also installed a DSM30 and KVH Heading sensor. These new Raymarine HD radars are very nice.
