Calling all 360 DA owners

For my forward TV, I made a filler panel, painted it flat black, and attached my flat screen to the panel. It hinges from the top, and i put magnetic push releases on the bottom to hold it closed. I also cut a notch in the bottom for my Apple TV. To me, you can't tell it didn't come from the factory that way! (I'm a little partial, of course). Below is the only picture I have of it. It's before it was painted, the TV installed, and the lower magnetic catches installed behind the panel.

I would like to see your pics.

X 2, right now I'm using a bunjai cord on the arm to keep the TV in place which isnt what I want but it works for the moment and no one can see it.

I'm trying to remove stateroom tv. I took the front 2 screws out, but there is apparently another screw in the back. Does anyone know where? I took one of the access doors off in the closet, but I can't feel another screw. What's the trick?

John....does it have to be removed thru the access doors in the closet? There is the duct for the AC back there too....it was a pain trying to feel around it. Does the back screw attach from the bottom? Not from the top like the 2 in front?

For mine, I only had the two front screws, then I had to work the wood base out. Of course the TV was screwed into the wood base.

I went right under the TV, then after the screw was out it was tight getting the slide panel its mounted on out. If I recall I had to use a rubber mallet to "pop" it out of place.

The galley TV just had the 2 screws in the from and then the board with the Tv mounted to it just slid out. The stateroom tv seems to "be stuck" in the back right corner, as i am sitting on the bed and pulling on the TV. I quit working on it yesterday because I was getting frustrated....and when I get frustrated, something ends up broken.

Did you use the rubber mallet on the back of the TV? Thru the small access door in the closet?

Yeah I had to, it was really "STUCK". I had to hit the back of it a few times for sure. But now that I kind remember the screw in the back was odd looking so MAYBE it was an add on and not factory.

The screw in the back for me was a stopping screw. Meaning, I would push the TV on the wood plate to the screw in the back, then tighten the front two screws. Now, I can't tell you if the back screw missed the mark of the wood base, or was only a stopping point. Either way, it worked for me.

This is behind the galley TV. What does this plug go to? Is it for the Glomax antenna?

Yup its for the Glomax

I see my picture I posted of my TV panel didn't go thru the last time. I'll try it again....

Any idea how to reduce a photo size to be able to post it? Sorry for the delay....

I figured out the stateroom tv removal problem. I could tell there was a screw on the back side of the board the tv was mounted to, but I couldn't figure out how to access it. I ended up breaking the tv off of the 4 screws that attached it to the mounting board. I finally figured out the screw in the back was in the closet.....

I use an image "resizer" program. or if worst case email it to yourself and it should ask what size do you want to send

Well, let's see if this works. Sorry for the mess up. Trying to attach a picture of my master stateroom TV panel for my flat screen. picture is of the panel before it was painted black. Hope it works...
