Cabin Entry Door or Transom Door

I have a 1989 390 EC and my transom or cabin entry door, whatever you want to call it, is very hard to move. Obviously the rollers are gone. But I would like to know where can I purchase a new set? Also, by the looks of things, at the base of the door on the outside there are several screws that appear to hold the base board of the transom in place. Looks as if I were to remove this I could easily lift and replace the rollers on the door. Is this at all possible or am I living in fantasy land?

Obviously posting from Bermuda you are in fantasy land. (at least compared to those of us who live in places where a trip to New Jersey is a dream come true).
