...what a bummer. In a rush this morning, I tripped and busted my small transom door on my 2005 Weekender. Of course it's impossible to find. It isn't much of a door more than it is a back support with a pillow while under way.
I have Marine Max looking into it through Sea Ray. I'm not sure what to do if they are unavailable.

PVC lumber or starboard is available that you can build your own if a replacement cannot be found.

We built one made from 1" thick Lexan and painted it with Awgrip for our 300 Weekender. Never liked the original design from SeaRay and the replacement was much nicer than the factory original which was cheap Formica over some sort of pressed particleboard.

Wholesale Marine is one source for marine starboard.

I reached out to Marine Max, who then reached out to Sea Ray. Sea Ray told them that the manufacturer they purchased the door from hasn't made them in a while, but thinks they may still have the ability to manufacture one. So I have hope!!

I also found a place in FL called 'Teak Isle' which looks like they can manufacture me one as well. I would probably have to send them my busted one as a template. Teak Isle looks like an interesting company.

Well, MM was able to order it through Sea Ray which was nice.....but $400 with tax and shipping.......YIKES! At least she's still stock.

Note to self - don't be in a rush, it always seems to cost more in the end.
