Jim, any way to get the icon for the desktop to look like the CSR burgee?

Adding one is simple. Just insert a line into your main page ('Index.php' in this case) after all the meta tags and before the < /head > tag like this:

The more difficult process is to create a decent-looking icon. Has to be 16wx16h with 16-color depth. Some things just won't reduce to this very well.
