Bridge windshield

I have been trying to figure out how to repair my bridge windshield. On the starboard side where it attaches to the radar arch the screw is pulled out and there is about a ¼ gap. I don’t quite know how to proceed to get to the screw. Has anyone had this problem with a 400 DB? And if you have any advice about how to get to the screw it would be very helpful.

I wish that I had a camer with me today when I was at the boat but I didn't. I will take the camer along with me next weekend and take a couple of pictures showing what I am talking about.
