Bringing my new to me '05 340 Sundancer up to Swansboro NC from Little River SC sometime next week. I will have to deal with the Surf City NC and Camp Lejeune swing bridges. High tide clearance I believe is listed as 12 ft(?). Haven't looked it up yet to verify. Anyone have to deal with this and know if I will be able to clear the bridges without waiting for opening (on the 1/2 hour at CLNC and on the hour at Surf City)? No radar, just the anchor light

I ran mine under surf city, but I can not remember the tides as it was last year. I have radar and still had a couple of feet. Just lowered VHF.

You should be ok on surf city if you watch your antennas.

For camp Lejeune though...at high spring tide I squeak under it with the antennas down. Plan on waiting there. Be warned... they close the icw at times there for live fire exercises and you want to call ahead to get their schedule.
