I am a little confused, When I removed my props last year I dont remember if there was a aft thrust washer. The aft prop sat inside the forward prop. I bought a washer and when I installed the props i now have a .25" space between props. Is this correct???

I tried looking up the part number on the internet but cant find it. I went to a marina and they gave me this part number 805101T.

The original washer could be stuck inside of the back of the prop. The smaller one that goes behind the outer prop can get stuck in there with grease and grime so you cannot even tell it is there unless you dig around with your finger. If I had to guess, I would say you are "doubled up" since you added the new washer, explaining the space. I would remove that outer prop again and look very good in the back of the prop.

I had the same concern as you once, the parts guy told me to take a closer look and I found they were already there as he suggested.

Here is a pic of my drives. Not sure if you can compare the spacing you have from this pic.

Jason,

You hit the nail right on the head. I checked the prop and sure enough it was right there.

Thanks for the reply.
