It's a 30 hr lower leg.It's corrosion free 100%.The only poor thing is it does have a couple divits out fo the lower portion of the skeg.It does not affect it in anyway.It could also be filled in VERY easily.
The carrier bearing looks new.

It will be repainted epoxy black if you wish to just bolt on and go.
