I am starting to build a trailer to move our 1992 400 EC. How can I get information on the profile of the bottom of the boat. I couldnt find anything on the SeaRay site.
Thanks in advance

You definitely won't find it on SR's site since there was never a trailer made for it. In fact, even the boats that came with trailers won't have the specs you're looking for. You could try contacting SR directly - they may have some specs they can give you - but it "may" be a long shot given the age of the boat and whether they still have records. A custom trailer builder like Phoenix may be something to look into.

Well probably nor what I wanted to hear!! LOL Where there is a will there is a way!!!

I've had small parts custom made using 3D scanning. Maybe this is an option for your situation.

LASER SCAN 29' BOAT AND TRAILER

This beautiful boat received an upgrade, a brand new trailer. And not just any trailer — a custom-built fully welded and perfectly fit one with waterproof hubs. How was this accomplished? Using 3D laser scanning technology.

Obviously, the important thing is where the boat is supported (the trailer bunks).
When SR produced these boats they set the hulls in cradles after the hulls came out of the molds. The entire build was done in the cradle. So, I'd find some old production photos and focus in on the cradles that the buildup was done and replicate that in the trailer.
