Bottom paint

Anyone know someone who will take care of my bottom paint now instead of Spring?

Sorry just saw this Great Lakes. Joe from Michigan Boat Services does this and may be able to get to you. His number is 586-484-8488. He waxes and details my boat every spring. He's a great guy and does an awesome job on the detailing. I have never had him do bottom paint though. He also does shrink and will be doing my shrink next year. Good Luck

Mine just got done. Tried inside of Belle Maer, but they were too busy and wanted the boat over the Winter.

Ended up at Trout's Yacht Basin with a huge savings. It's the first application since it was rack stored until this season. Bay Harbor wanted around 150 a foot.

I have done my own bottom paint every 3-4 years as needed. It is usually a 3 day job. Paint, yard and supplies for under $1500.

Ouch !!... I am with Bill Collector... $1,500 or $30/foot DIY and maybe double that if not stripping the old paint off.

I always sand the old bottom paint to get better adhesion but not to remove it.
