Boston North End

I am travelling to Boston this week on buisness. I see there are several marina's on Bostons "North End" not far from the hotel we are staying in. Any CSR members in any of those marinas?

If you are going to take me out to dinner in the North End, I will meet you at the restaurant, then we can have a drink on my boat in the north end (wink) after I go to the men's room.....

Hey no problem, I see there is a McDonalds right down the street from our hotel... I will gladly buy there :grin:.

Never been to Boston, do not know what to expect, just saw some marinas not far from the hotel and it got me thinking.... any CSR memebers? Thought if any one were close enough might stop by to say hi and put a face with a name....

There are a couple on this site that are either in Charlestown or Boston........You will have a great time in that area and walking the waterfront..........If my boat was in boston, I would love to take you out to see Boston from the water...

Constitution Marina is in Charlestown, just over the bridge between the North End and Charlestown. It is right near the Navy yard the houses the USS Constitution. There is a good Rest./Bar there. The food is ok it is more of a bar. Tavern on the Water". North End is excellent for Italian Rest. and is a short walk to everythng you want to see. Fanueil Hall Marketplace, Freedom trail, Boston Garden, Train ride to Fenway park, trolley's, boston tea party museum. Pm me for more specific info or let me know which hotel you are staying at. Great time of the year to visit. There are cruise ships in the Harbor and more marinas near the Aquarium. they are starting to fill up now. Rob
