This is about what I am seeing reported...

I'll bet it never even goes to trial and charges will be dropped and the masses will never even know it was dropped.

Question, if the employee offers a regular client a "happy ending" and no discussion of payment ever takes place and the client gives a generous tip as they leave, is that illegal?

Legally it sounds like consenting adults. Unless they have him on video and audio asking "how much for a happy ending" they have no case. Even then the defense will make some kind of defense that the cameras were placed in the establishment without the owners consent under false pretenses or some variation of that and the evidence will be thrown out.
 
I think the important part is the owners were doing the dirty deed.. this wasn't his first time, the owners knew what to do.. I'll bet both parties know how not to get charged...
 
Prostitution plain and simple. Money was exchanged at a known prostitution establishment.

Why the fascination with Bob Craft's personnel life choices ?
 
Wait for the $200m wrongful arrest lawsuit. The rich guys they "caught" aren't going to be satisfied with the charges being dropped. The cops will be lucky if they get detailed to parking enforcement.

Probably, the tables will turn from the prosecutors offering to drop charges for an admission they would have been found guilty to the rich guys attorneys offering to drop the million dollar suits in exchange for admitting they would not have been able to get a conviction.

It s not just one big fish they accused, there are likely millions of dollars being spent to fight this "low level" crime.

The cops placed the cameras under the auspices of conducting human trafficing surveillance. There has been no mention that any human trafficing occurred.

Florida's wiretapping laws require two-party consent. Not sure how that applies to law enforcement. My guess is that unless the cops have audio of Kraft negotiating for the services, he will walk. He probably has great chance of walking even if they do have audio.

They will be satisfied with having the charges dropped. None of the rich guys want any more publicity. Even if not illegal they were in a scuzzy massage parlor. Not a good look for anyone.
