twin 5.0's w/BIII drives
I ordered new magnesium anodes for twin BIII drives plus the additional anode for the propellers.

I ordered this kit

http://www.boatzincs.com/bravo2-3-mag-kit.html

The Allen wrench head size for the trim tab anode is an odd size.

I have tried all my Allen wrench kits and none fit. One size too big, next size too small.

Has anyone else had this issue?

Doug - I just changed mine, and used a metric allen that was a touch too small (don't remember which one it was). Anyway, since you're just snugging them up and not torquing them down, it seemed to work fine and didn't strip the head or anything. Matt

Dave - Since I saved my old zincs (for some reason still unexplainable even to myself), I just ran out and checked...I used a 6mm. 6.5mm would probably be perfect, but the 6 worked.

Thank you. I may run to Home Depot and see if they have 6.5MM Allen long.

I ended up reusing the old bolts. For some reason the Allen head head bolts were too long. Check the lengths before you buy new tools. SB
