Well we sold our 36DB today everything went great with the survey and the sea trials. It was kinda sad cleaning her out tonight my wife saying goodbye and thank you. She sold in 1 day on the market actually less. So now the hunt for a 480DB begins. Fun yet stressful at the same time. So we bid "Mirage' " farewell

Happy and sad, eh Joe?

Best of luck in your search and glad you got a fast, clean deal!

Congratulations on such a quick sale! The closing of one chapter to open another... Good luck!

Matt

Thanks everyone, as the story goes I have Greg to blame for this one. After traveling with Greg and Alex for a few years now and our future plans with our friends it made sense to pull the trigger now. It all happened so fast. After the northeast flotilla 2014 we traveled with the group and spending a few days with only 70 gals of fresh water (rafting) no laundry service (onboard) and the range and economy of the diesel boats my wife stated" I've had it put her up for sale when we get home" and as you all know if the wife ain't happy"nobody's happy" "capt Rusty" I think....
so it started that as we returned from the flotilla we would rent another slip on the Northshore of Long Island to explore this part of the boating community even though we live on the north shore we never boated here . We loved Fire Island etc easy access from the South shore. I called my buddy at MM to list her and she was just about sold the next morning.
This all started years ago with Alex,, we met with our 320's on Fire island at the first East "flotilla" then Alex buys a 420 DB well,,, my wife was like ahhh we need a bridge boat!!!! Ok honey so we settled for the 36DB a beauty but always felt like the little brother.
sick of the bridge gasser jokes I guess!!! After spending hours on Lady Taz's air conditioned bridge we where sold !!! 3 statrooms, 2heads, 2 showers! And a pullout salon couch? I'm in she said haha who am I to argue with a woman who knows what she wants? So up for sale she went.
and now we are in search of a true gem 480DB unless theres a discounted L650 lying around (wife liked that one too)
thanks again, Joe

Congrats Joe!

You're not kidding, I also blamed Greg for getting into bridge boats.

Best of luck finding new floating home.
