boating on pittsburghs three rivers

i'm probably on my own here but does anyone have stories of boating the mon, allegheny, or upper ohio rivers. unfortunatly we're not blessed with endless possibilities on the rivers but it is home for some of us and we still have a ton of fun. i've run the whole mon and allegheny and down as far as marietta on the ohio. just wondering if anyone had found any "hidden treasures" or good spots to stay. i usually plan a two week trip every year and would like some new ideas for destininations. if anyone has questions i can probably answer most things they would like to know on the mon or allegheny.
