Boat Shows

Someone told me that at the Miami one there were a lot of boats you couldn't get on without financials. Maybe they were brokered boats. I decided to try the Ananopolis show this year - I'm leaving later today for it! Whoopee! I'll spend 2 or 3 days there.

I'm hoping I can get to the Annapolis in-water boat show on Saturday. I think it runs Thurs-Sun, for anyone else interested.

The Cleveland Boat Show was always an excellent show and a welcome respite from the dead of winter doldrums..

Here in Charlotte our show is pretty small by comparison.

Yeah Dave it is small but it gives you the opportunity to buy from the best Sea Ray dealer....IMHO....

I just went to the Tampa Bay boat show this past weekend.....great show with lots of great sea rays in and out of the water. They had up to 63ft ers in the water and let you on any of them as long as you filled out the MM info card (and took your shoes off).

The Miami boat show is an event. The show is huge. You can see virtually every make and model boat. You have South Beach, the SeaRay party etc etc. It is a vacation if planned properly. You have to plan early though. I understand some rooms sell out a year in advance.
