Boat light comments invited

I’m new lol I’ve heard several legends of a plywood bow but haven’t quite worked out what that’s about yet. I’m confident it will all fall into place one day.
Please don't let it fall into place. It will make your eyeballs go goofy.

I‘ve worked with people with mental health issues for 20 years… if people are amused by those posts, I could start a whole 19 page thread of my own with weird stories that go nowhere and incidents that make no sense lol
Why not? For most of us, we could use the wintertime distraction.

I can't get past the whole "planing at night" idea. If I were to be so "adventurous", I'd probably rely on my 20 year old complex and early failing directional controls.

Likewise. I think it was right about "could be parallel with the surface of the water while planing" in the original post where the milk shot out of my nose.

YES!!!! That looks outstanding.

Are you going to remove your forward nav light? Seems like you an air horn or a turret...

Great observation. With the new light installed and trolling motor in place, you won’t see the nav lights anyway, so why have them? It’s a waste of space. Personally I would turn the nav light hole into a rain gauge.

Look closely and you will see that is a mushroom anchor and windless. I think it may have a trolling motor attachment not currently installed.

Rain gauge! That would be useful.

I'd also throw out the option of one of these guys. Keep the batteries topped off whilst the mushroom anchor is deployed.

After all the comments about stupidity and legality, I am simply amazed to these pictures actually posted on the internet. Not just the light, but now we see that the whole front of the boat is illegal.

I'd bet two jr bacon cheese burgers that ole @Arminius is a Sovereign Citizen. When he's boating he's not underway, he's traveling. There is a difference. USCG can't touch that guy :)
