Update: picked up the boat from the marina who did the impeller. Honestly very happy with their service. When I dropped it off, I was waiting for a ride, and the owner offered to take me to a more convenient spot. During the ride we chatted quite a bit and they seemed like very nice people. They charged me less than they said it would be ($415 total).

The boat is running cooler than it was before. It still seems like it’s getting warmer than it should be though. I can place my hands on the exhaust elbows but they are hot. Mind you, I don’t really know how accurate these gauges are considering the boat is from 1985...

I did install a new thermostat a couple years ago as well.

So for now... I think the boat is in good shape and running well. Here are some pictures.

I’m sure I’ll have more things pop up so I appreciate everyone’s help!
