Boat Dealer Standards

I would have to answer yes; Hall Marine Group - Lake Wylie. Dave S am I wrong. They have gone above and beyond on everything. I am just glad we lucked up when we stumbled across them at the boat show last year.

As Wesley mentioned, you will have to go a long way to beat our dealer Lake Wylie Marina........headquarters for Hall Marine which has several dealerships here in the southeast since they are ranked in the top five (I believe third) boat dealers in the nation (regardless of brand) by the NMMA....National Marine Manfacturers Association. They also received national recognition from Mercury too for being one of the best in the nation.

Everyone at our dealership is top notch and goes out of their way to put the customer first.

I believe if a dealer didn't do those things...well they wouldn't be in business for long. The closest SR dealer for me is almost 2 hours by land away from where we boat. Wakeen's provided very good service to resolving punch list items in our slip. I think you will find the family owned dealerships going above and beyond because that is how it always been done to get and keep good customers.

Well Ill be the sour note on this one....

I answer no to 3/4 of the items on the list....

all the serive ones got a no......

: )

I can check yes on all of them and then some. We have one of the best Sea Ray dealers in the nation as far as service on SML. They are unbelieveably good in customer focus and service.
