Hi there!
Would like to share a good story ...
Bought a cover for my Sea Ray 180 sport from Great Lakes Boat Top in Vonore TN

around March last year.

Got busy building a new deck at my river house and forgot about the cover until December. When I pulled the cover out I realized it was a blank and I needed a tool to rivet the snap on. After trying some el cheepo from the hardware (dont even go there) and after asking some local boat cover guys what to buy for the job ...who told me "their" tools costed $1500 ... I did a quick search and found the perfect clamp advertised on you tube.
The tool arrived presto in the mail and so armed with this I got to install the snap on.

The bow cover was a breeze and I soon got into the cockpit cover. Started from the front one by one each side in turn to keep it all even and got really good at it ... until i was near the stern and then I realized that the cover was short by some 4 inches. What? How did this happen when I provided hull number, model year the lot !!!

I dug out the receipt that for some miracle found it's way in the "boat" folder and sent an e-mail to Great Lakes Boat top.
To my amazement I got a quick reply stating that I got the generic cover and that my boat has the sun pad option. Can we send it to the same address?

Can you send it ? of course!!!, I couldn't believe it. Today I got the new cover that surely will fit as well as the bow cover did.
So I decided to give Great Lakes Boat Top a shameless plug for their effort in something that is arguably only 50% their fault since if the option is there, I did surely not see it.

So Great Lakes have a very good customer service attitude, and the canvass they use is tops.
